Ride with intention of mastering particular things - brake free/learn sharkfin/berms, etc. Sleep more. Make MTB effecient. No point in waking up at 7 and starting riding at 11:30. Wake up at 10 instead. Or ride early. Get your phone serviced when you have water damage. Power it down asap....
Upon realizing that Ambernath cannot be a long-term thing as they break our features. We planned on going to Pune monthly and decided to go on the 12th of November. As the week progressed, Siddha said he wanted to do a 2-day trip instead of a day trip to Pune. Kashish said he’d join both days. I remained adamant on one day due to a board exam, which is kal (tomorrow) btw, and said I would leave by train and to get my MTB by car....
I woke up at 5 am, one hour earlier than I would ride at this spot because Kashish, who spent the night at Siddha’s, was coming to ride along with Siddha. I reached the meeting spot at 7:15. Prajwal reached at 7:30, despite leaving from Kurla at 7. He drove at 80kmph to reach on time. Kashish and Siddha reached 8. This was one hour late. This made me curse Siddha and hurry on the way up, where we found many runners going down the hill....

30th October 2022: I Met Savio at Ambernath station only for him to tell me he was hungry, then Hitesh joined as well. Street Mendu wada was destroyed. RIP Mendyu Wada and both Savio’s and Hitesh’s digestive systems. We reached the trail to find out that the jump was broken: This was not a satisfaction of curiosity. It was an intentional destruction of the jump. On Thursday, Sri sent us a picture with only one goni removed from the structure....
23rd October 2022: Video called Nida on my way to Dadar station - roughly 6am to 7am. I met Siddha there. I read Efficiency by Wallstreet Playboys on our way to Ambernath Station. Savio , Siddha , and I took a rickshaw to Sri ’s shared location. This was for Prajwal , at the trailhead. After lots of confusion, we navigated our way to the place we borrow our tools from ever since they got stolen....
On Friday, I reached home at 10 PM, after working at Arya’s for a while and then visiting Vihaan’s mother to wish her a belated birthday. On reaching home, I asked Hitesh if meeting at 10 AM at Ambernath station was fine, so I could sleep and he happily said yes. Savio and I, yes he’s back, although the reason for his arrival is sad and I now wish he wouldn’t be back, he is here and I’m happy he is - I have my trail engineer back....
